This agreement allows the Company to lease advanced Bitcoin mining tools situated in separate, backup data centers located in Quebec. These facilities primarily rely on renewable energy sources, making Quebec an ideal operational hub in Canada due to its plentiful, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly energy resources.
